03 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, sour cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and homogeneous.
04 - Evenly spread the prepared sauce over each chicken breast, ensuring complete coverage.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and an additional 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauced chicken.
06 - Transfer baking dish to preheated oven. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F) and the topping is golden and bubbling.
07 - Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
