06 - 8 mini slider buns
07 - 8 slices cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
08 - 16 dill pickle slices
09 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (for toasting buns)
10 - 1 tbsp ketchup (optional)
11 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
02 - In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.
03 - Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into small, flat patties slightly larger than the buns.
04 - Grill or pan-cook the patties for 2–3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
05 - In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover briefly to melt.
06 - While the patties cook, brush the cut sides of the slider buns with melted butter and toast them, cut side down, on the grill or skillet until golden.
07 - Place a beef patty with melted cheese on the bottom bun, top with two pickle slices, and add ketchup or mustard if desired. Cap with the top bun.
08 - Serve immediately while warm.
