# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add taco seasoning and water to the beef; stir to combine. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened. Stir in black beans, then remove from heat.
04 - Layer one-third of the tortilla chips in the bottom of the Bundt pan. Top with one-third of the beef-bean mixture and one-third of both cheeses.
05 - Repeat layers two more times, ending with cheese on top.
06 - Bake in the center of the oven for 15–18 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Remove from oven. Let cool 3–5 minutes, then invert the pan onto a serving platter.
08 - Top with tomatoes, olives, green onions, jalapeño, cilantro, avocado, and dollops of sour cream and salsa.
09 - Serve immediately.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Every single chip gets coated in cheese instead of just the ones on top
  • The ring shape looks impressive but takes zero special skills
  • Perfect for feeding a crowd without constant refilling
02 -
  • That 5 minute cooling period before flipping is not optional. The cheese needs to set slightly
  • Do not skip greasing the pan thoroughly. I learned this the hard way
  • Sturdy chips are your friend. Flimsy ones turn to mush under all that cheese
03 -
  • Room temperature cheese shreds melt more evenly than cold from the fridge
  • If some chips stick during flipping, just rearrange them. No one will know
