# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The dressing transforms even ordinary grocery store lettuce into something restaurant worthy
  • It keeps beautifully for days, making impromptu salads effortless
  • The snap peas and radishes add this perfect crunch that makes the salad feel substantial
02 -
  • The dressing tastes significantly better after resting for an hour or so
  • Do not over dress the salad, start with less than you think you need
  • Snap peas lose their crunch quickly, add them right before serving
03 -
  • Really pack those herbs down when measuring, air space does not add flavor
  • Make double the dressing and use it as a dip for crudités
  • If the dressing seems too thick, add water one teaspoon at a time
