# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 large orange, sliced
02 - 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
03 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

04 - 4 cups water
05 - 2 black tea bags (or 2 teaspoons loose-leaf black tea in infuser)
06 - 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

07 - 2 cinnamon sticks
