# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
02 - 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
03 - 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat or unsweetened shredded coconut

04 - 1 cup coconut water
05 - 1 cup natural blueberry juice
06 - 1 cup natural strawberry juice or cranberry juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Rinse blueberries and strawberries thoroughly. Hull and chop strawberries. Prepare coconut meat if using fresh.
02 - Fill one third of each ice cube compartment with blueberries, then pour enough blueberry juice to just cover. Freeze for 1 hour or until solid.
03 - Place a layer of coconut meat or sprinkle shredded coconut over the frozen blue layer. Pour coconut water until the compartments are two-thirds full. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
04 - Add chopped strawberries to each compartment and fill to the top with strawberry juice or cranberry juice. Freeze an additional 2 hours, or until fully set.
05 - Gently remove the fully frozen cubes from the tray and use to chill lemonade, sparkling water, or cocktails for a colorful festive presentation.
