01 - In a large pitcher, combine the coconut water, orange juice, grated ginger (if using), lime juice, and honey or maple syrup. Stir well to blend.
02 - Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
03 - Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Pour the coconut-orange mixture over the ice.
04 - Garnish each glass with an orange slice and a few fresh mint leaves.
05 - Serve immediately, chilled.
