# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

02 - 6 oz beef bacon, chopped

03 - 2 tbsp olive oil
04 - ½ tsp kosher salt
05 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
06 - ¼ tsp garlic powder

→ Finishing

07 - 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Scatter the chopped beef bacon evenly over the sprouts.
04 - Roast in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sprouts are golden and crispy and the beef bacon is cooked through.
05 - Remove from the oven. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and serve hot.
