04 - Arrange salmon fillets on the other side of the pan and brush the tops evenly with remaining marinade.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through (internal temperature 125 to 135°F) and green beans are tender-crisp.
06 - Remove from oven and serve salmon and green beans with lemon wedges and chopped parsley if desired.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything cooks on one pan, so cleanup is just a quick scrub and youre done.
  • The lemon and garlic soak into the beans while the salmon stays tender and flaky, and it all tastes like you spent an hour cooking.
02 -
  • Salmon keeps cooking after you pull it from the oven, so take it out when its just barely opaque in the center or it will dry out.
  • If your beans are thick, give them a five minute head start in the oven before adding the salmon so everything finishes together.
03 -
  • If you want a little char on the beans, switch the oven to broil for the last two minutes and watch it closely.
  • A pastry brush makes it easy to coat the salmon evenly, but your fingers work just fine too.
