Charming chocolate-coated Oreo spheres shaped into adorable bunnies with marshmallow ears and tails. An ideal sweet treat for spring festivities.

# What You'll Need:

→ Oreo Mixture

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not Double Stuf)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

→ Coating & Decoration

03 - 14 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
04 - Pink candy melts or pink food coloring (for ears and nose)
05 - Mini marshmallows (for tails and ears)
06 - Edible black food marker or black decorating gel (for eyes)
07 - Sprinkles or colored sugar (optional, for decoration)

# How to Make It:

01 - Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Add softened cream cheese and blend until fully combined and a dough forms.
02 - Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Gently shape each ball into a slightly oval bunny head. Repeat for all mixture.
03 - Cut mini marshmallows in half for tails and into slivers for ears. Set aside for decoration.
04 - Place the shaped balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
05 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
06 - Dip each Oreo ball in the melted chocolate, coating completely. Let excess drip off and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
07 - While coating is still wet, attach two mini marshmallow slivers for ears and one half-marshmallow for the tail.
08 - Let the chocolate set for 5 to 10 minutes until firm.
09 - Using a toothpick dipped in pink candy melts or food coloring, add a nose and fill the insides of the ears. Draw eyes with an edible food marker or black decorating gel.
10 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
