01 - 7 oz unsweetened shredded coconut
02 - 4 cups hot water (not boiling)

# How to Make It:

01 - Place shredded coconut in blender container.
02 - Pour hot water over coconut. Blend on maximum speed for 2-3 minutes until mixture becomes homogeneous and creamy.
03 - Line a large bowl with cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel. Pour mixture through cloth, squeezing firmly to extract all liquid.
04 - Transfer strained coconut milk to clean bottle using funnel.
05 - Refrigerate up to 4 days. Shake thoroughly before each use.
