# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 large crisp apples, such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp

→ Pops & Coatings

02 - 10 wooden lollipop sticks or popsicle sticks
03 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
04 - 1/2 cup soft wrapped caramels
05 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream

→ Optional Toppings

06 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
07 - 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
08 - 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
09 - 2 tablespoons crushed pretzels

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Cut each apple into 5 thick slices (about 1/2-inch each), removing seeds and core.
02 - Insert a wooden stick into each apple slice, pushing it about halfway in to secure.
03 - Pat apple slices dry with a paper towel to ensure the coatings stick well.
04 - Warm the peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl for about 10–20 seconds until slightly runny.
05 - Unwrap the caramels and place them with heavy cream in another microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth (about 1 minute total).
06 - Dip each apple slice first in peanut butter, spreading evenly with a spoon or small spatula.
07 - Drizzle or dip with warm caramel, letting excess drip back into the bowl.
08 - Immediately sprinkle with your choice of toppings while the coatings are still sticky.
09 - Place finished pops on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to set.
10 - Serve chilled or at cool room temperature.
