01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
02 - Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a small bowl. Let soak for 5 minutes.
03 - In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, soaked breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until just combined.
04 - Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet or press into the loaf pan.
05 - Whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a separate bowl.
06 - Spread half of the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
07 - Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven.
08 - Spread the remaining glaze on top of the partially cooked meatloaf.
09 - Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
10 - Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
